Farm and oil mill in the White City of Ostuni, in the exclusive landscape of the Plain of Monumental Olive Trees of Apulia.
At AgriOlea the peasant tradition blends with technological innovation to ensure a quality extra virgin olive oil. We personally and carefully take care of the entire production chain, from the care of the land and the plants to the bottling of the oil. Every year you will find us admiring the masterpiece of a fruit that becomes liquid gold, our extra virgin olive oil.

We are very committed to spreading the culture of extra virgin olive oil, updating ourselves through specific courses and organizing tastings held by expert oil sommeliers, in order to defend and enhance the symbol of Apulian high quality oil production.

The oil mill, experience and passion

I am Massimo and I have been running the AgriOlea company for 25 years, to preserve a trace of the farming tradition of my paternal family. With the staff of AgriOlea we are witnesses of quality oil, our greatest desire is to make you protagonists of this fantastic world of ours with guided tours of the company and guided tours to taste our oils.


My passion was born in the field and in the shelter of the majestic thousand-year-old olive trees I find my serenity. This is my work, my dream cultivated since childhood, to produce quality oil with a mill company able to protect the typicality of our olive groves and the unique organoleptic characteristics of our oils.

Rosanna and Antonella

Rosanna and Antonella, wife and daughter of Massimo, recently became oil sommeliers FIS (Italian Sommelier Foundation) have put the oil at the center of their world, with the passion to "educate" to quality.
