The result is an extra virgin olive oil of superior category, the result of the complex art of bleding: Frantoio, Leccino, Picholine, Ogliarola Salentina. Filtered oil. Bottle of 250 ml.
Examination of taste and smell: pretty intense, fine, vegetal hints (cut grass, green tomato, basil) with slightly bitter taste and delicate pungency, complex final taste.
