Coming from olives harvested in the plain of millenary olive trees of Ostuni, the oil is extracted cold, a few hours after harvesting through a continuous cycle. The result is an extra virgin olive oil of superior category, the result of the complex art of bleding: Frantoio, Leccino, Picholine, Ogliarola Salentina. Filtered oil.
Tasting Notes: pretty intense, fine, vegetal scents of cut grass, green tomato, basil, with slightly bitter taste and delicate pungency, complex final taste.
